I was wondering if anyone could tell me what a daisy chain is.
I am thinking about buying a new BC from a new distributor and they say it has pony bottle hook ups, which is good and it also has daisy chains. What is it?

A daisy chain, nylon webbing that offers multiple lash points, is good for securing small items. On a BC I'm guessing its some type of soft D-ring?

As far as I know, a daisy chain is when loops are formed by sewing webbing in such a way as to provide multiple attachment points. They are sometimes found on BCDs. While it isn't scuba, perhaps a photo may help to give you a clearer idea:
