We used a Humminbird 997 C Si to locate the majority of the wrecks in the book.
A few of them were too deep for the side scan, so we had to find them the old fashioned way.
Here is a sample side scan image of a WWII bomber in 165' of water:

I like the Humminbird 767. I perfer a black and white screen over color,seems to be a sharper imige.
