I have a Bare dry suit, which I'm beginning to love now that I have more experience with it. One problem I'm continuing to have, though, is that I can't seem to find fins work well with the size 11-12 rock boots. I use the XL Scubapro Jet Fins, which is the largest size they have, and the boots are very hard to slip into the fins. It's not a problem when boat diving, because you can stand on one fin while kicking the other boot into the fin pocket. I do a lot of beach diving, though, and wouldn't feel safe struggling into the fins while a wave was headed my way. Does anyone have any suggestions?

XS Scuba Turtle fins. They only make them in one size - friggen' huge! Check them out on the XS Scuba website. I just bought a pair to go with the Trek boots that came with my Bare Nex-Gen drysuit. I have size 13 feet, and the Turtle fins are made with an extremely large pocket specifically designed for large drysuit boots. Try them on with your boots - you'll swear the Turtles were custom made to go with Bare footwear.

I see by your profile you're in Yorba Linda. They stock these fins at Scuba.com in Rancho Santa Margarita, right off the 241 at Antonio. I don't know if there's anyone closer to you than that who has them.

I have a pair of Turtle Fins that have 1 (very short) dive on them (I had an exhaust valve leak) that I'll sell you if you want them. Personally, I hated them, but then again, I hate all paddle fins ;). I had Biofins for my wetsuit and ended up buying a new pair of larger Bios for my drysuit. I was going to put them on E-bay, but PM me if you're interested.

I dive a nex-gen and trekboots and I use turtles too. No problem getting your feet in those pockets.

I wear size 8 Bare trek boots and size L jets. I drilled two small holes in the tops of the foot pockets and it really helped getting the fins on and off. A buddy of mine wears size 13 trek boots and uses US Divers Blades. He swears by them.

Considering your boot size, here's another vote for the Turtles. XL Jets were too small, XXL too large.

The SP Jets come in XXL - they should work with your rock boots, but there is a fair difference in size between the XL and XXL, so try them out to see.

I have the Bare Rockboot as well. After finding out that my normal fins would not fit, I went out and bought the XS Scuba Turtle fins. I love them. They fit perfect and out perform my old fins.
I think it was already mentioned that they only come in XXXL

Any of the Mares fins should work. I have XL boots and the XL Volos/Volo Power/Quattros all fit fine.

I'm avoiding turtle fins because I really like split fins. Everywhere I look, though, the largest size of jet fins sold is XL. Am I missing something?
