What does the + sing mean by a members user name?

In looking to see who is logged on, there is a + sign by one. One member asked me why I had one, but I see is on mwpowell.

I don't think the Search feature would handle this request. Does this mean anything? :11:

Intresting..........I wonder though, why others on my list do not have this + sign.........I just thought it was curious is all.......I thought maybe I missed a thread about what this meant.

If you have people selected on your buddy list, they will appear with a + by their username when logged on. It kinda alerts you that they are there if you even look down there!
