I make them into postcards.

Office supply stores sell 4x6" white stickers. I back the photo with the sticker and slap a postcard stamp on it. Viola! Instant postcard, thank you note, etc...

I also have bundled up a bunch with a ribon and given the postcards as a gift.

Gee, that's a great idea, to use photos as a postcard. Are they sturdy enough, or still a bit flimsy? Perhaps can add a "slice" of cardboard into the photo/postcard combo. Seems like it is becoming a sandwich, now...

I create DVD slideshows to show family and friends. I find that as long as you keep the slideshow to 15 minutes or less, people actually WANT to see UW pictures, instead of the dreaded "pictures of my vacation" syndrome.

To take it to the next level, I'm thinking of spending some big money for a custom-made photo album. This would be like the type you get at a wedding. Before I spend $500 on an album, I'm going to do my research. Here is a site that makes them: www.artleather.com

... or check out www.lifephotopublishing.com - very reasonable ...

I write articles to go with them and sell em to magazines. Diving for a living definitely needs a bit of supplemental income...

Anyone want to buy a print?? or four? :eyebrow:

So where do you showcase your portfolio of images? Do you upload them to a stock photo site? For me, I use www.shuttermap.com.

I've yet to get a housing for my camera, and probably won't. I use a 300D and I don't think I'd like to bring it underwater. Perhaps it's wiser (and maybe cheaper) to get a whole new camera and housing. Any recommendations? I hear Canon setups are cheaper than the rest and quite good in terms of price?
