Wait a second, what about hydration.

Seriously I make it a point to avoid dipping before diving so I can keep my hydration up. But I don't always make it. Darn this addiction.

We do weights twice a week, cardio two or three times a week, swim once a week, take multi vitamins and herbs each morning.
Got to look good to feel good :D

exercise bike 30 mins a day 5days a week. Weekend, dive or other activities:)
 
I rollerblade 25 miles a week, play hockey, and tennis. I've dropped 65 pounds this past year doing that combined with diet. Hey, one less whale in the ocean.

I eat fudge and drink Moxie and I'm in better shape than most I see on the dive boat.........................Arduous
