Just finished reading Simon’s latest book. It explains a cross few chapters basically the whole concept and how it was born. All we talk here about is cross referenced in the book. Recommended.

Well assuming you have a bailout, you have 3 cylinders as per the definition above 😂
With an ARO rebreather, you have just a small one-liter oxygen tank. No bailout, no diluent...
