Another suggestion I have is to get close. Most new UW photographers don't get anywhere near close enought to their subjects. The internal stobe/flash on all cameras is only good to 2 to 3 ft. An external strobe extends this out more depending on the power of the strobe but in any case, don't expect color bright colors out past maybe 5 ft.
