What Camera/Housing/Strobe for this budget?

i use a panasonic tz7/zs3 with an intova iss2000 flash. the whole setup would cost more or less 600usd.
the panasonic tz7/zs3 is a hybrid vidcam. its a 12x 10.1 megapix camera capable of shooting hd video and you can optically zoom during video. you essentially get a camera and a videocam with this baby.
the intova strobe is great for the price and it has a guide number of 20 i think.
imho this is one of the best bang for buck setups out there.
