I have the MKVI and I am debating what type of BCD to you with it. At the top of the "wish list" right now is DiveRite Transpac (with side mount butt plate) with CCR wing. Also, Hollis advertises that their side-mount BCD works will RB. So what are you guys using and/or what do you like? Any all information, thoughts or recommendations are appreciated. Oh and you can share any pics of your setup, it would be great!

13pd Meg backplate, and Dive Rite CCR wing (Donut style).

If you are diving dry, 40-45pd is what you want.

If you are diving dry, 40-45pd is what you want.

Why? With the steel 23cuft cylinders, 6# backplate & 6# of weight & a 5mm wetsuit, I'm good, if not still a tad overweighted. With my drysuit & undies, I might need another 6# at most. With 2 AL80 bailout cylinders sidemounted, I could maybe see it.

Based on reccomendation of my instructor I am going with the Poseidon one harness and wing.
Training will be in April so looking forward to trying it.
