Most of my diving is as a DMC w/ classes at the lake, so I use AL 80's. I have a Zeagle Brigade, which comes with a 35lb bladder. I just switched the bladder to a Ranger LTD bladder w/ 44 lbs of lift. I use the DUI weight harness, and put most of the weight in that harness, and then trim out in the BC ditchable pockets.

Frog Indigo single tank wing with STA and SS Backplate, plus a weight belt with a Oceanic Aedura Titanium drysuit. Weight purely dependant on what thermals Im wearing that day.

Trying out twins for the first time on sunday so looking forward to even less weight around my hips!!

I either use my Zeagle Ranger or Oxycheq SS BP, Mach V and weighted STA with SS cam bands. I don't need any additional lead when diving the Oxycheq set-up.
