I think Sartek has the right to make money from it if they did invent this; however, I don't believe that they actaully "invented" this or came up with the idea of using HID lights for Scuba Diving... The same issue comes up over and over again in the IT age where algorithms and code can be patented. I believe Barnes and Nobel got sued by Amazon for having a single click checkout on their website, so what they did is simply have an additional click for the user to confirm their ordre. Go figure... :-/
