Thats something fishy...... laibility in 8 ft of water and liabilit for fins or maks? thats stupid does not make any head or tail to me.
I would stay away from such shops. In Dallas I got certified at International Scuba no problems at all. I think for all my future certifications I am not going anywhere else. For gear I normally go to Scuba Toys, I don't think you can find a better place for dive gear in Dallas.
