As you probably know already, whale shark sightings are very common in southern Baja California, just this year we have seen 2 to 14 of this incredible animals every day of the week, for this reason we are planning a research week in conjunction with the Shark Research Institute (www.sri.org) for the first week of june 2005 (4-11), the cost is $1200 us dlls per person including 7 nights, 6 days diving, ground transfers from the airport to the hotel round trip, 3 meals a day and the rental of the spotter plane everyday for 2 hrs, this plane finds the whale sharks for the divers and then transmits the position of them to the divers boat.

The purpose of this trip is to tag a few of the whale sharks and understand more about their migration and reproduction habits. Be on the same boat with an expert on the field and learn about this magnificent creatures.
