How about recognising that they are two guys who give something that the market wants: safe, exciting diving experiences and good fun?
Yes it's advertising, yes it's part of the world nowadays, and yes it's a consequence of having satisfied customers who want to support them and recommend them. And by the way, being a "recognised PADI centre" means nothing - one of the requirements is to ONLY offer PADI courses - that's a matter of paying the fees to PADI (who don't own the diving world despite the way they thing they do!), and not breaking their rules (which only apply when teaching anyway).
