Wetsuit top only

Being a guy thing I hesitate to post. But I know someone that likes these under a wetsuit.

Another vote for boxer briefs under boardshorts. I wear black Under Armour brand and look pretty much the same as bicycle shorts.

try using yoga pants under your wetsuit. they are made with minimal seems to prevent "pinching and whatnot" and work great. They also dry fast. I use Prana JD's and love them. Or hell, just go commando style and avoid peeing through two layers.

I always wear a 3mm full suit when diving down south and wear an O'Neill boxer swimsuit underneath my wetsuit. Boxer Swimsuit | Bikini Village

Hmm, make sure your wetsuit is fitted properly to avoid that moose knuckle, though. Sheesh.
