I dived there with a 5mm in January - the water temp in Yonagani in early January was 22 degrees if I recall correctly.
 
I would suggest at least a 5mm. I dive a 5mm w/hooded vest especially if doing a few dives. I see a few people going with thinner suits but they normally regret it after the second dive of the day. Also a hood or bennie to keep your head warm is a great way to add a lot of warmth without alot of buoyancy.

Water temp yesterday was 23C for diving. We are getting colder early this year, last year I never registered a dive below 20C expect that to happen this Jan at the rate we are going.
