Wetsuit Repair

Does anyone know of someone in the Midwest region who does wetsuit repairs. This is for rental gear for a dive shop. We can send it to the Mfr, but there is no warranty and we end up paying for shipping, which can be costly going out to California. We had a terrific guy here in the area, but he moved to Florida. Some of us know how to patch stuff up ourselves, but we really need to find someone who is "skilled".

Good luck on finding a "business" or individual to do it. I tried for several months to find anyone to do a alteration with no luck. I checked 6 dive shops and they all said the same thing, there is a company in XYZ that does it.

US Wetsuits in Richmond up by the Wisconsin border: http://www.uswetsuits.com/.

He's fast, inexpensive and (more or less) local for you and I - give him a call. He made a suit for me several years ago - it wasn't the highest quality suit but it did the job (and is still in my locker) and gave me my money's worth: a custom cut, 24 hour turn-around all for a ridiculously cheap price.
