Not too many wetsuit manufacturers left in N. America hence all the off-the rack tween sizes - doesn't work too well if you can't try them on - you'll probably spend more $ than a custom charge, in ordering - shipping -trying on - return shipping - reordering etc. - not to mention the time
try a small Canadian company - "OCEANER" - they have been at it for a lot of years and have a good track record in "bigger" suits
