Wet suit rentals?

In the long run you are probably better off buying an inexpensive 3 mm suit rather than renting. I am sure that the rates vary, but I recall seeing a price of $55 (USD) for a one week wetsuit rental. Once you've been there - you will be back and the suit will not go to waste.

I've seen people diving in runners, but you might want to wear some socks - the inside of low cost runners will be sure to give you blisters.

Thanks to all who replied. I checked out Carib Inn's website and if the old wetsuit or the runners don't cut it I'll happily buy what I need. Now if I can just find someone to split the cost of a day of flyfishing with me...

Been to Bonaire twice and wore Akona booties for all my dives. I don't see a reason why you would need hard soled boots.

That is the best advice and cheapest - buy an inexpensive 3mm full length wetsuit. And get decent soled dive boots, not booties. You will appreciate both. Likely to spend less over time with a purchase and always know how things fit and function.

I have read some good reviews of the seasoft sunrays. You could use them for fishing at home.
