Anyone have suggestions for diving in the West Palm Beach area for next June? I will also be without a buddy, so anyone interested, let me know. I don't have alot of experience (10 dives) but I dove Key Largo during Isadore, so rough surface conditions are not a problem. Any good dive operations or sites would be great. Thanks.

There are a couple of very good diver operations out of West Palm beach. the names escape me at the present time, but I know one is with a boat called the Deeper, and the other has a live-aboard called the Shear Water. Both trips I took were wonderful, beautiful reefs, and there's a series of wrecks called the corridor (which I haven't been on yet) that is supposed to be pretty good. I'll see if I can't scrounge up the names out of my log book when I get home.

I know is quite late (6 months) but here is a place that you can go, and please tell that we recommend you, the name is Pura Vida Divers.... We just went one month ago and they treat you very cool. To be my first time after my certification doing my 3 diving w/ lunch is was really good..... their website is http://www.puravidadivers.com.

Enjoy,

We always dive with Captain Bob on the Rampage, he is very good. His DiveMasters are very good and helpful with new divers.
The dives are all drift dives and they will be right there for you.

Give me a minute and I will find you a contact with him. Had to go find his number. His phone number is1-800-525-0876 or his web site is www.DiveRAMPAGE.com.

I don't think he has a shop, just the boat which he operates out of the Riveria Marina.
