Not a lot of dive operators do afternoon boat dives. But this one definitely does and they have a very good reputation:

I am a huge fan of Living the Dream. Big boats with few divers and a very friendly and professional staff. I dove with them in April 2016.

I have done dives with DiveTech, Cayman University Divers and InDepth Watersports. Each have something different to offer and I would recommend all of them.

I would highly recommend Divetech. I just returned from a trip in Grand Cayman (was a solo diver) and used them based upon reviews and recommendations from this site. They are absolutely top notch. I drove a solid hour (each way) from Rum Point to dive with them, if that tells you anything. I posted a detailed review on Trip Advisor for those that are interested. Link is below.
