Thank you @divesergeant DSNathalie and Jaan,
I bought a DYFOB at Dive Friends Bonaire and dived the crap out of it for a few weeks in Bonaire.
Not a hint of leakage, seemed neutrally buoyant with room key and truck fob, and was very well made. It even came with spare O-rings.
Some large diameter aluminum threaded items are kind of sketchy (like the old MagLites from my early days as a cop), but the DRYFOB’s threads were crisp and clean.
The only idea I have would be to put a lip with holes on the bottom as well as the top for a second lanyard/split ring so I can attach both ends to the holes in the side of my backplate so it doesn’t flop around.
Thanks for a great product,
DS
We appreciate your feedback and kind words (and your support with your purchase)
We added a small 3mm hole on the bottom lip of our larger XL units. We’ve considered adding that on the smaller ones too…
Some divers have mounted it on their backplate with hose clamps and bungee which may be an alternative for now.

Attachment and Usage Tips from DRYFOB Customers - DRYFOB
It always makes our day when customers tell us about their experience using their DRYFOB. We are humbled that our idea to design and build a diving grade key container has spread all over the world. To a large degree this has all been through word of mouth, diver to diver. We thank you...

Thanks again for sending the feedback and the encouragement

Cheers
