Not much in CT unless you hit a charter, last I checked no current charters out of CT.

Stonington is the only real ocean shore dive I know.
Thanks. Can't recall, but for some reason I've avoided there-- think they have some Summer restrictions that I didn't like.
 
Stonington is a blast. Don't discount it just because it's shallow. I saw a shark there. Lots of great stuff. Check out the Seconn divers Facebook page. (Southeastern Connecticut)

We do tend to see a good number of CT divers in RI. Mostly at Ft. Wetherill and off Watch Hill. Welcome!
