What is also interesting is that the statute says ".....................No person, peace
officer, officer of a humane society, or officer of a pound, or any public
agency................"

So the last 4 entities are not persons? !!!!!!!!!!!

Clearly, peace officers, officers of a humane society, or officers of a pound, or any public agency................ - are not people...

When I was a kid, the humane society used an automobile engine's exhaust to gas the animals. What engine did they use? A 429 Cobra Jet engine. Now that's just inhumane to Mustang enthusiasts.

Geez, and I supposed that California will be right behind Idaho, now that we even have a brand new law officially making it illegal to have sex with dead people. Hmm I wonder if dead peace officers or humane officers count as people??
