Hay, first post.
I just got a can light but im "weighting" for delivery. Its says it weights 10 pounds. This seem cool for my drysuit but in warm water i wear just a bp/w. Will this be a problem or am i just overreacting.

other non-related question. I had a serious injury a while back. Which forced me to not dive for a while. I am now about 90%. Are there any DIR mentors or just plain divers in the NY area willing to dive with a guy that is a little rusty. (single tank)

10lbs includes the charger maybe? Also, it's the buoyancy not the land-weight that matters underwater. My can light battery alone probably weighs 6lbs, but the total buoyancy is more like -2. The real test is, of course, to get it in the water :p

Incidentally, what light did you decide on?

thanx, -2 isnt that bad:)
