I have a Dive-Rite back plate and harness a #30 venture wing for single the an SS STA, And a Deep outdoors #40 wing for doubles AL 80's. I am running 12 pounds for doubles and 14 for singles. Same day same water temp same wetsuit. Is this right?

The relationship between the numbers sounds about right.
