I saw 2 guys getting ready to do a shore dive next to Mote Marine Laboratory yesterday. Is this a good place to go?

I have no clue but I bet I could find you someone who does.

I would have hit Venice or Spanish by myself, but getting into the drysuit is nearly impossible with the zipper in the back.

Could be entertaining though :D:popcorn: I'm bored out of my mind and could use the entertainment actually. So give it a go, video it, and post it up for us

There are a couple of options for divers at the Mote dock: There are some shootable mangrove snapper and sheephead around the mote dock, they may have been doing some work on the boat lifts and it required them getting wet, or depending on where they were, they may have been planning to dive the New Pass bridge....it's a pretty good spot for stone crabs when the viz is good.

A quick tip I learned for zipping a drysuit alone: use a short dog leash, clip it to the zipper pull and it'll give you leverage to zip with the opposite hand.
