Wedding in Taveuni, Fiji

Looking for anyone who's been married in Fiji -

Requirements?

Specifically - I want to be married on the island of Taveuni - but do not want to go through the hotel's expensive and foo foo packages.

We just want a simple, barefoot ceremony on the beach with someone to snap photos and someone nice to perform a short, non-religious ceremony.

Actually the hotels on Taveuni are not high end, so they would likely be somewhat reasonable and they'll do what you ask.

Fiji style, of course.

Remember what I told you about Taveuni. Make sure to pick another Fiji spot to continue the honeymoon, so you can spread the risk.

By the way - the hotels in Taveuni are ranging from $500 to 1000 per night. Pretty high end as far as my budget is concerned.
