Hello,
With sad news I heard today that Audrey died durring her record setting trek to 171 meters. It is believed that something hit the sled, 9 min, 45 seconds after she entered the water safety divers pulled her to the surface. She was leaking pink froth from the mouth and nose and declared dead at the beach hotel 2.5 miles away. She was given o2 on the way to the surface and to the shore. Durring her training she easily reached the target depth on at least one ocassion and no problems was expected durring the certification.
