We booked Roatan

Rhonda passed her open water this weekend and as a graduation present we are heading to Turquoise Bay on Roatan from Aug 8-15. We are so excited for this trip. We bought 3mm wetsuits and will be buying our other gear this weekend. BCD, reg kits, and other goodies.

Since we we are in Oregon we are both getting dry suits so we can dive to our hearts content in the PNW.

But first, off to Roatan

You may be selling those dry suits and buying another trip to your new 82 Degree Happy Place instead.

Drysuits are for the PNW and wetsuits for our warm weather vaca's. We enjoy both (with a preference for warm) and just LOVE to dive. Actually heading to the shop today to price all of her gear. So much for a savings account, lol. But then again.....you can't take it with you when you die.......so enjoy it while we can, right?

I will post up a report, pics and maybe a video or two when we return. Our good friend is a dive instructor in Arizona and she has taken groups there for the last couple of years. She highly recommended them. If we like it enough we might just go back in February also, lol.

Pix u/w are nice, but PLEASE post pix of the dive operation, boats, and detail the dive schedule that is made available. Not much good information here yet from SB members on TBR.
