Can someone point me toward the appropriate method for laundering the fusion thermal? I need to wash mine that I got used and I want to make sure I don't screw it up.

Inside out, gentle cycle, cold water, small amount of liquid detergent will not harm anything washable.
Make sure any zippers, etc., are closed before washing.
Hang to dry.

Wash undergarments? I guess I have never seen a need. After I use mine I hang it out in the fresh air. Always passes the sniff test so it must be ok.
