Scubapro--I really hate to get negative but so far we have not been able to get any of my questions answered from your customer service in regards to a regulator sold by an internet authrorized dealer. Emails and forum questions have been completely ignored by Scubapro. Putting your head in the sand does make the problem go away. We have provided serial numbers to your customer service in order to know if what was sold is backed by the factory and still no response. This should not be difficult. I notice the original posting was moved out of the factory question section. Any reason? Not once have you chimed in to assist.
To Leisurepro's credit they have attempted to help out and offered their warranty, but I was quite explicit at purchase time that if it didn't have a factory warranty I didn't want it.
