17" and still coming down! It is beautiful, but I'm not looking forward to my commute into Manhattan tomorrow. Today, we're packing for Cozumel (leaving Wednesday, YEAH!!!!) and watching movies. With the snow and wind there's no reception on the satellite.

The weather reports for Coz next week are looking good. We're keeping our fingers crossed for no norte. It seems that while we've had a warmer then usual winter, Cozumel has had more cold fronts this winter?

Little bit over a foot here and it's still coming. I'm wishing for warm tropical weather right now.

Just spoke with my oldest son Mark in Brooklyn...12 inches of wet snow.....Brrrrr. Thinking of Cozumel.....ahhhh. Sue

Yes, we've had several "norte's" in the past month, but this one is the strongest yet.

Last night the wind was howling so strong that I had a hard time sleeping...ever since Wilma, wind and rain spook me a little...especially because we also lost power in my neighborhood last night for about 6 hours...the wind had snapped a line!

Eh.... happens every year. we're used to it, gotta love fireplaces, good whiskey, and DRY SUITS!
