Not entirely diving related, but exposure suit related!

I am looking for suggestions on keeping my feet warm in cold water... You guys definitely know best. I do a lot of winter paddling and wear a drysuit with integrated over sized gore-tex socks.

What do divers wear on their feet for drysuits with this style of feet? Or do most have the built in hard boots?

Dave

Hello Dave,

Take a trip to your local Marks Work Warehouse, and buy a few pair of T-Max Heat socks.

I swear by them, they will keep your feet as warm as toast.

It's been a while now but I believe there were in the neighbourhood of $12/$15 a pair.

Happy warm feet paddling.

Rose.

If he hasn't figured how to keep his feet warm in the past 7 years, I doubt he will ever find a way of doing it.

Someone woke up the dead. This post is from 2013. Given the past 7 years, the answer is still to use wool socks. Thick and don't run overly tight footwear.
