Hi,
I am helping a few friends get certified for the sake of doing some underwater photography this summer.
We're trying to keep some costs down, especially when it comes to some basic gear- stuff like fins, masks, snorkel, boots, hoods, gloves, etc, etc, as well as lights, maybe BC's, etc. Pretty much EVERYTHING!
So I thought this board would be a really good resource and people would jump at the opportunity- a lot of us have a lot of diving experience and have unused gear we'd like to unload- shoot me an email with what you've got and how much you'd like for it and we'll try to strike a deal!

We're in the west LA area, so if you're nearby please contact me!

PS- Just so know, I'm an experienced diver who works in a dive shop, so please spare the information about what to buy and what not to buy in used gear. We're looking for gear, not advice.

One quick thing- the two divers-to-be are two fit guys in their mid- 20s. One is about 5'10, lean build, the other is about 6'3, average build/lean.

I have some gear I would like to sell.

I have a medium size Sea Quest pro QD BC (weight integrated) $190.

Extra set of fins (size regular) by idea ($35).

I also have a underwater camera Sea and Sea MX10 with YS40 strobe ($250).

Knife brand new never used $20.

Let me know if you are interested.
