Can anyone with a Suunto Vytec see what the NDL's are (1st dive) using the RGBM50 algorithm and post those here. Please make sure that the personal setting is set to A0/P0.

You don't have to dive: then PLAN function should give them to you.

Thank you

40 = 120
50=69
60=50
70=36
80=28
90=22
100=17
110=13
120=10

Those numbers are for a first dive as an "A" diver. I wonder what happens when doing repetitive dives. Diver magazine said there was not much differece between RGBM50 and RGBM100 in practice.

I haven't played with it enough to validate, but RGBM50 is supposed to be much less conservative than RGBM100 on multiple dives from the 3rd dive or so onwards.

But on the first dive or two, yes, there's bugger-all difference.

Thanks Scott!
So there is no difference for the 1st dive NDL's between RGBM50 and RGBM100.

Your Welcome. I'll have to take your word for the difference I didn't really look at the 100 model. I'll ck it again when I get home.

I got the RGBM100 NDL's from the Vytec user manual. There was only a 1 min. difference in the 60ft. depth, everything else was identical.
