Vyper2 USB Interface

Hi everyone.

A friend and I have been lookgin to make USB cables for our Vyper2 dive computers as the SDM software seem sliek a cool addition and we are quite nerdy liek this. Unfortunately i've bene unable to find any information out on the web as to how they work. Vyper's seem to be well covered from several links off this site but i can't see any Vyper2 information, and as you pribably know the VYper2/Vyper cables are not interoperable.

Do you the SB community have any infos regarding the cable/interface?

Heya - thanks for the reply.
I'm not 100% sure at what level they differ but i do know the cable a friend has, which he purchased from Ebay (not a propepr suunto cable) doesn't work. Possibly as it's using a UART USB to Serial converter rather than talking pure USB.

No probs! The 'real' cable's driver emulates a serial port too, so it is not pure USB.
