VX10 Iceberg HP seat ... anyone?

I had a brand new Beuchat VX10 Iceberg fail ... both the first and second stages, right out of the box. I asked for the appropriate replacement seats and what I got were the first and second stage kits. However, there was no HP seat in the first stage kit. When I talked with the ex-sales manager, he said that they removed them to save money and tell their dealers that they don't have to replace them every year (at least while Beuchat USA is paying for the parts on the 5 year warranty). I have checked with the 2 dealers in the northwest that stock parts and neither had any HP seats.

Anyone out there have one sitting around? I need to get this regulator serviced up and dump it ... er, uh, I mean offer it to someone as a Great deal! ;-)

As I understand, 90% of these are great regulators when tuned up properly.
