Volivoli/Wananavu & shore dive?

I'll have about a week available after work in Suva, and - given the potentially bad weather - I'd rather stay in Viti Levu. Beqa Lagoon is already sold out, so, it seems it's going to be Volivoli or Wananavu. I recall reading that one of the two is more oriented towards divers than the other.. Which one?

More important, any chance to do some shore dives? Is there any house reef? I'll have the camera with me, and I'd rather spend 1 hour on a single spot at 10 m, than rush around with a group in a boat...

Voli Voli has a shallow house reef , great for macro , great dive resort
