Hi Dizzi, by your description of the crop lines not showing up on the After image, you may have changed your computer's Display settings, and are zoomed in, versus being at 100%. Are you familiar with how to check this? If you wish to send me or post a screen shot I might be able to help. I answer the info@vivid-pix.com if you wish to send to me.
