Hey Divers,

NOAA has been downgrading its weather prediction for the last three days now (Wednesday NW winds 10-15 kts). Its a BEAUTIFUL evening here in Alamitos Bay and we're looking forward to another FABULOUS Chamber Day tomorrow! In fact, we're soooo confident that we'll give any and all Sundiver International passengers a WEEKEND RAINCHECK if we decide to turn around to keep you comfortable.

Viva la Chamber!

What a great day! A little lumpy on the way over and a little breezy (the Sundiver Express handles the swells very well!), but we got 2 good dives in and a great tour of the chamber. Those folks really deserve our gratitude for all they do as volunteers. Any one of us could need them on any dive day. If you didn't support them this year, make sure you do next year, and support the dive boats that support them as well. They do it for us.

I was surprised when I got the OC Diving News reports posted Tuesday evening but for some reason received late Wed AM, and heard that a number of the Chamber Day boats were canceling out. Glad you and Capt. Ray didn't listen to the forecasts (I know you did) and followed your personal assessment of conditions. Catalina waters were absolutely fine despite the gale force wind forecasts, although vis certainly sucked big time (down to 7-8 ft in places, due to bat ray feeding and blooms) on Tuesday in the dive park.
