more often that you prolly think, I find water left behind from hydro all the time, if its filled after that it will get pretty nasty just sitting there, nothing id want to breath from.

Ive also had more than one come back with cracks in the neck that weren't there 1 year before.

Even if all issues with tanks are error by the person filling them it still does not warrant not having them inspected, its still nice to know what your breathing from.

Ive seen some really nasty stuff over the years.
I just think its bad advice to tell someone not to worry about a tank thats just been sitting there, you never know, its to easy to just get it checked out rather than take any chance.
