Land's End.
Lands End, Staircase, Rachel Carson Salt Pond all real close. The pond is not really a pond. It is ow shore dive with a depth about 95ft. A very nice dive but best a high tide do to entry.

Yea, lands end would be your local quick fix.
For a really nice dive head up to the Salt Pond. As Sscott mentioned stradling high tide is highly desirable. The Montsweag Roadhouse has good eats on the way back.
