VIP sticker falling off

So just got my steel 100 HP visual and filled. The dive shop has this really lame
semi circle VIP sticker that goes half way around the neck and does not stick very well. I am certain it will come off on my next dive. Does anyone have advise on how I can re-adhere this lousy sticker?
 
  1. Bring it back to the shop and tell them to fix it. You paid for a VIP. They should be competent enough to clean the tank so the ticker sticks. Or:
  2. Put clear packing tape over it.
