Senanus Island <3'. McCurdy Pt. 5'. Not quite sure why we made a second dive in these conditions but as it turned out MCurdy was a nice enough dive in Any case.

Willis PT this morning 40 to 50ft, surface water temp 66 Degree F.

I heard a report of 35' visibility at 10-Mile this morning. I went to nearby Spring Bay this afternoon and visibility was less than 6 feet near shore and about 10' farther out. The current was the strongest I've felt there so far and it was stirring up all the silt that accumulates on the bottom kelp.

Willis PT yesterday morning 30 to 50ft depending on depth, lots of jellyfish above 60ft.
Surface temp 62 degree F.

I did 2 dives in the Nanoose area today. At Blueback Park there seemed to be dozens of divers. Visibility was only a few stirred-up feet near shore, but farther out on the walls, it was about 50 feet. At Dolphin Beach visibility was 10-15' in the shallows and 50' below 40 feet deep.

Visibility was 50 feet below 30 feet in Saanich Inlet today (Christmas Point and Repulse Rock). Even in the shallows visibility was a decent 20-30 feet.

Cool, I will definitely hit the inlet Saturday and Sunday morning. A buddy of mine saw a sixgill at Willis on Monday.
