Doing a couple of dives on the Cape Breton Sunday, how's the vis been?
From what I heard a couple of days ago - not good. Last report said vis doesn't clear up until about 90 feet.
Check with the shops tomorrow to see if there is any update.

I was out at Madrona point on Tuesday. Crappy down to about 45 feet, then cleared up to about 30 feet of vis after that.

Visibility varied from 10-20' in the shallows at Sluggett Point (Saanich Inlet) today. Between 20 and 70' deep, visibility was about 40'. Between 70-110' deep visibility dropped a bit to about 20-30'.
A whopping 5 feet (or less) of visibility at Tyee this morning

Dove at Madrona last night. Vis was about 15 - 20 feet in the shallows, then improved to 30 - 40 feet on the big wall. Hopefully this is a sign that things are starting to improve.

10' at Clover Point today.
About 30 feet of vis at Oak Point last night. A bit sloppy down to about 40 feet, then cleared up pretty good after that.
