This well-done video showed up this morning. It documents a dive from the area of the lighthouse into a glorious field of elkhorn coral, and provides good information about the importance of elkhorn, identifies many other coral species, and is great to watch. An excellent treat for a very cold morning!
 
Great video.

However, I hope the video will not cause a influx of divers trying to dive the site. It is an endangered species and needs to be left alone.
 
I know. I thought about that, of course, but figured if it was safe anywhere, it is here.
