Veo180 nx down loading dive data problem

I have a VEO180 NX WRIST COMPUTER I have had it for 6 months or so . I have dived with it on 24 dives . Here is my question , I just perchased the USB data cable and have been down loading my dives , Onle 4 or 5 random dive files have had all the data . 9 ONLY GET START OF DIVE and MAX DEPTH , min. Temp. And when I go to the dive details section it tells me no there is no dive profile details
to show What cold be the problem and what can I try to resolve the problem?
Here is some information you may need , I loaded the software on to a vista operating system

You say the 4 or 5 that download are random, are you sure they aren't the last 4 or 5 dives you did?

I got one or two per down load and the last 11 dive have no dive profiles

Check your sampling rate. If it's set to two seconds, the 180 runs out of memory/storage after a couple dives. You can get about 20 dives with it set to 30 seconds.

So do I need to reset the dive computer to free up space ?
