Ventura LA or SFV hydro

On my way to Miami I seem to have ended up in So Cal for a bit. I need a couple of hydros in SFV or the Thousand Oaks or even Malibu Area. What does it cost out here to get an AL 80 done and who's the best deal?

Sport Chalet in Thousand Oaks is $35 for hydro, vis, and fill.

I found a fire place in Ventura that advertises they hydro tanks on their site. Integrated fire I think they are called. I was curious if there was a smaller place that would cut a deal on 10 tanks... seems like hydro should run around 15-20 from what I see on the board. I think tax is lower in ventura as well... (found them via the DOT lic list)
